By accessing FulfillProof, users agree to these terms.
Services
FulfillProof provides warehouse video evidence management, recording, storage, retrieval, and operational audit services.
Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining password confidentiality
- Authorized platform usage
- Accurate information
Credit System
- FP Credits are required for video recording.
- Credits are deducted only after successful uploads.
- Credits may expire according to purchased plans.
- Credits are non-transferable unless approved.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Upload illegal content
- Share unauthorized access
- Attempt to hack or misuse the platform
- Upload harmful software
Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of their uploaded operational content.
Service Availability
FulfillProof strives for platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
FulfillProof shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
FulfillProof reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse or policy violations.
